Academic/Professional Experience and Achievements: 

 

I focus in my research on international relations theory and development policy, development aid, international negotiations, and state building in sub-Saharan Africa. More specifically I look at the functionality of Western institutions in non-Western areas (primarily Sub-Saharan Africa) and at development aid negotiations. I received a BA in Political Science and a BA in Law after studying at “Babes-Bolyai” University, Cluj-Napoca, Romania; “1st of December 1918” University, Alba Iulia, Romania; University of Salzburg, Austria and University of Ljubljana, Slovenia. Also, I hold an MA in Public Policy from Central European University.
